Robot welding or soldering

A cobot can take on all kinds of welds, such as TIG, MIG, Spot, Arc, Ultrasound and Plasma. But soldering and plastic welding are also possible. The application of the cobot is determined by the End-of-Arm tool that you mount on it.

Reduced production downtime, increased accuracy and less wasted material are among the many advantages of using a welding robot.

A cobot can add flexibility, efficiency and freedom to your welding processes. Move the cobot to the place where you need the welding robot. When the task is completed, you can reprogram it if necessary and give it another task within your production.

Improve safety

Improve safety on your production floor by letting a cobot take over dangerous tasks. When the cobot comes into contact with a person, the patented technology limits its powers upon contact. The cobot can also be programmed in conjunction with an environmental scanner to work at a lower speed when an employee enters the working area of the cobot. It resumes full speed when the person leaves.

Simple programming and a short average set-up time make a robot arm ideal, especially for small production batches. Moving large-scale facilities for small production batches is not economically justified, but with a cobot it is!
